In order to ensure the safe and efficient completion of steam turbine pipe blowing, the commissioning technicians of the project department held a Technical Symposium and technical disclosure meeting with the owner SEB and the partner Ge in advance, summarized the steam pipe blowing experience of waste heat boiler of unit 1, optimized the pipe blowing scheme of unit 2, and carefully deployed the pipe blowing operation steps, safety measures, quality acceptance standards, environmental protection control, etc, Make sure no one is missing. The temporary flushing system shall be installed before pipe blowing, all irrelevant systems shall be closed and isolated, the relevant equipment and pipelines shall be carefully inspected for many times to eliminate all defects and potential safety hazards, sufficient fire-fighting equipment shall be equipped at the flushing site to ensure that the fire-fighting system can be put into use immediately, and the personnel at all parts shall cooperate closely and make full preparations in advance.
The steam pipe blowing of the waste heat boiler of unit 2 was started on June this month. Firstly, the black start test of the gas turbine was successfully completed, and the unit entered the island operation mode. Under the island operation state, the gas turbine was successfully connected to the grid, and then the steam pipe blowing was carried out in three stages: low pressure, medium pressure, medium and low pressure bypass and high pressure system, Finally, under the witness of the owner and Ge engineers, after three shooting tests, it was confirmed that the impact marks on the target plate met the inspection and evaluation standard and successfully passed the acceptance and signature of the owner. By 16:00 on November 10, the five-day pipe blowing work had been a complete success. The project department, the owner and Ge site managers who adhered to the central control room smiled and congratulated each other to witness the realization of this key node.
The successful completion of boiler blowing of unit 2 is another milestone victory won by the project Department of Sinohydro Bureau 8 in trying to resist the challenge of epidemic risk, which is of great positive significance to motivate all employees to sprint the goal of grid connected power generation of units.
